Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
- Research various travel destinations, attractions, accommodations, transportation options, and travel advisories.
- Design personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences, optimizing them within the allocated budget and time frame.
- Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
- Compare prices, negotiate discounts, and provide cost-effective travel solutions to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Handle changes or cancellations to travel arrangements and assist with resolving travel-related problems.
- Offer recommendations on travel products, services, and experiences based on personal knowledge and industry expertise.
- Stay informed about travel regulations, airline policies, and industry updates to ensure compliance.
Skills
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, emerging destinations, and unique travel experiences.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout their travel experience, including during their trip.
- Collaborate with colleagues and travel partners to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications
- Open to Filipino and Indian nationals
- Female, 25 to 35 years old
- At least 2 years of B2C experience in customer service or the travel industry selling to individual clients, not corporate
- Experience in selling UAE visas, tours, and activities is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
