Responsibilities:

• Facility Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of the facility’s systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Coordinate and oversee routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Budgeting and Cost Management: Prepare and manage budgets for facility maintenance and operations. Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of services.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes related to facility operations, safety, and environmental standards. Implement and maintain safety protocols and emergency response plans to protect occupants and assets.
• Asset Management: Manage the lifecycle of facility assets, including equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. Develop asset management strategies, conduct regular assessments, and plan for asset upgrades or replacements as needed.
