Sales and Upselling: Actively engage with customers to promote products or services. Use persuasive techniques to highlight key features and benefits that meet their needs. Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Cashier Duties: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit card payments, or other forms of payment. Maintain the cash register and handle any returns or exchanges.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times. Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations.
Sales Reporting and Tracking: Record and track sales activities, including customer interactions, sales figures, and targets achieved. Generate sales reports as required and provide feedback to management on sales trends and customer preferences.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment. Share knowledge, provide support to team members, and actively participate in team meetings or training sessions.
