Business Development: Identifying and prospecting potential clients, partners, or markets to expand the customer base and generate new business leads. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborating with marketing teams to create effective business development campaigns.
Sales Team Management: Leading and managing a sales team, including hiring, training, and mentoring sales representatives. Setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to achieve sales goals. Conducting regular performance evaluations and implementing performance improvement plans.
Sales Operations and Processes: Developing and optimizing sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implementing sales automation systems and CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities. Ensuring accurate and timely sales reporting.
