Responsibilities

  1. Customer Interaction: Engaging with clients and prospective borrowers to understand their financial goals, assisting them in selecting appropriate loan products, and providing information on loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
  2. Application Evaluation: Reviewing loan applications, assessing the financial status of applicants, and determining their creditworthiness. This involves analyzing credit reports, income documentation, employment history, and other relevant financial information.
  3. Loan Structuring: Recommending loan structures that align with borrowers’ needs and financial capabilities, such as fixed or adjustable interest rates, loan amounts, repayment terms, and collateral requirements.
  4. Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring loan applications comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Collecting and verifying necessary documentation, such as income statements, tax returns, and property appraisals.
  5. Loan Approval and Disbursement: Presenting loan applications to underwriters or loan committees for approval. Communicating loan decisions to borrowers and coordinating the loan closing process, including preparing loan documents and facilitating fund disbursement.
  6. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals to generate new loan opportunities and referrals.
