Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Routing and Scheduling: Plan and coordinate delivery routes based on customer orders, delivery priorities, and traffic conditions to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Dispatching: Assign delivery tasks to drivers, providing them with necessary information such as delivery addresses, special instructions, and delivery deadlines.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams, providing updates on delivery statuses, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Monitoring and Tracking: Monitor the progress of deliveries, track driver locations, and ensure that deliveries are on schedule. Take appropriate action in case of delays or issues.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any logistical challenges or issues that may impact delivery operations, such as traffic congestion, vehicle breakdowns, or customer requests.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to provide exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of delivery orders, customer details, and any relevant documentation related to deliveries or customer interactions.
