Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients/customers

- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients or customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Regularly communicate with them to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned market or customer base. Actively prospect and engage potential clients, present product or service offerings, and negotiate contracts or agreements.
