Responsibilities

- Investigating and resolving customer complaints or problems, identifying the root cause, and offering appropriate solutions.

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and attentiveness to their needs.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, verifying order details, and providing updates on order status or delivery tracking.
- Managing customer complaints effectively, actively listening, empathizing, and taking appropriate actions to address issues.
- Communicating with customers in a clear, professional, and friendly manner, using effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in a customer relationship management (CRM) system or other tracking tools.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify patterns, trends, or areas for improvement.
