  4. Calculate the cost of labor, parts, and other necessary services and prepare accurate cost estimates for customers.
  5. Obtain customer approval for recommended services and document their authorization.
  6. Coordinate with the service department to schedule repairs or maintenance based on customer preferences and technician availability.
  7. Collaborate with the parts department to order necessary parts and ensure their availability for scheduled services.
  8. Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle’s service and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  9. Generate accurate invoices for completed services and assist with payment processing.
  10. Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
  11. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service recommendations, work authorizations, and invoices.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle technologies, and service techniques through training and continuous learning.
  13. Customer Follow-up: Contact customers after service completion to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns or questions. Seek feedback on the service experience and use it to improve future customer interactions and service quality.
  14. Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints or conflicts professionally and tactfully. Act as a mediator between the customer and the service center, working to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  15. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on automotive technology advancements, service procedures, and industry trends. Attend training sessions or workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills related to vehicle maintenance and repair. Strive to become a trusted resource for customers seeking automotive advice.
