As the Head of Culture and Change Management, your role is to lead and oversee initiatives that promote a positive and productive work culture and facilitate organizational change. You will work closely with senior leaders and various departments to drive cultural transformation and manage change processes within the organization. Head Culture & Change Management
Developing and implementing strategies to foster a strong and positive organizational culture aligned with the company’s values, mission, and vision.
Leading change management initiatives and guiding employees through transitions, such as organizational restructurings, mergers/acquisitions, or process changes.
Developing communication plans and effectively communicating change initiatives to employees at all levels, promoting understanding, and addressing concerns.
Designing and delivering leadership development programs to equip managers and leaders with the skills to drive culture and change within their teams.
Creating and implementing programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
Identifying training needs related to culture and change management and developing training programs to build employees’ capabilities and resilience during periods of change.
