  5. Monitor and manage the branch’s financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue optimization. Analyze financial reports and take action to improve profitability.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement. Streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement best practices.
  7. Prepare and analyze reports on branch performance, financials, sales, and other key metrics. Use data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and develop strategies for improvement.
