  12. Order Processing: Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services. Coordinate with the production, logistics, or procurement departments to fulfill customer orders. Monitor order status and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
  13. Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing information about products, pricing, and availability. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
  14. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and sales forecasts. Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management based on sales analysis.
