3. Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service by training and motivating staff to provide a positive shopping experience, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
4. Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising store staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and conducting performance evaluations.
5. Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, placing orders with suppliers, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of merchandise.
6. Sales Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and preparing reports for management to evaluate store performance.
