The role of an Assistant Manager Accounts is to support the accounting manager in effectively managing the financial operations of the organization and ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll records.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
- Internal Controls: Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Audit Support: Assisting with internal and external audits by preparing the necessary documentation and providing information as required.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing cash flow, including preparing cash flow forecasts and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
- Tax Compliance: Assisting in the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
